I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While I appreciated the clean rooms and the decent service from one of the staff members, the manager's attitude left much to be desired. The location is great for a quick beach visit, but the lack of amenities and restaurant facilities was a letdown. I had a wonderful experience at Lotus Bay View! The location is fantastic, right on the Promenade and close to quaint shops and restaurants in the French Section. The hotel is clean and the staff, especially Simon, are incredibly helpful. However, not all rooms have sea views, and there’s no attached restaurant, which was a bit surprising. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially for families.
